“That’s the time to pack your bags and come away!”

 

Packing list:

We highly recommend bringing the following items to camp.

  • We really mean everything!

  • Camp 3: cabins are farther away so bring good walk/hiking shoes.

    Plan for warm and sunny days with a chance of a colder rainy day.

    A swimsuit/towel for the lake and pants and hoodie for around the fire in the evening.

    We do recommend to bring enough clothes for 6 days. There is a washer/dryer available, with kitchen having first priority use.

    - please bring your own laundry soap!

  • Please bring a basket/container to keep your family’s toiletries on a shelf in the bathroom.

    -Shampoo/conditioner

    -toothbrush and paste

    -Hair brush/comb/supplies

    -lotions etc.

    -feminine supplies

    -towel(s) for the showers

  • • Sheets, blankets and pillow for each person

    • Window coverings! Most of the cabins do NOT have curtains!

    • Tacks to hang up window coverings

    • Clothes line to dry swim suits/towels

    • air mattress. Laurel does provide everyone a mattress. Feel bring your own air mattress if you prefer.

    • Fan (optional)

    • Any needed medications

    • Some bring a plug in rodent deterrent

  • • Your own drinking cup and hot beverage cup. (disposable cups will be available)

    • If you have special food, there is a refrigerator available for you in the dinning hall.

    • Each family will have a cubby bin provided to them to keep small items in dining hall for the week.

  • • Flash light

    • Something to take notes at lectures

    • A musical instrument and music

    • Water bottle with your name on it

    • A day pack

    • A poncho/umbrella

    • Sunscreen

    • bug spray

    • Camp chair for around the fire pit and/or a cushion for the rec hall

    • sports equiptment

    • A craft project or card game or book to read

    • You phone charger!

  • • A contagious sickness

    • An unregistered person

    • Pets

    • Alcohol

    • An animal/pet

    • A fire arm/weapons

    • Camping Vehicles

    • Tents for outside (ok to bring a tent for inside cabin)
