12:00 - 2:45 Check in

Get your cabin location, confirm your chore group, small group, and morning program day. Get your nametag. Ask any questions you have. 

12:00 - 2:45 Go to your cabin and settle in.  

Unpack! Don’t forget those window coverings!

3:00 Camp Opening Worship and Family Introductions

4:00 - 4:15 Small Group Sort

Logistics Dir sorts big Folk, Tall Folk and Small Folks into their small groups and connects them for the mini meeting later in the day

4:15 - 5:30 Connect Vespers Babysitters with their families

5:30 - 6:30 Dinner

6:40 Evening Circle

7:00 - 7:45 Evening Mini Groups

8:00 - 8:45 Afternoon Mini Groups

9:00 Sitters report to their families

9:15 - 10:00 Vespers

10:15 Sitters relieved

10:00-11:30 Night Owls Parliament

Hot Cocoa, cereal, fire pit or dining hall, deep conversations, card games -reconnecting with each other!

11:30 Main Camp Closed

Monday - Friday Schedule:

7:30-7:45 - Health Check

Come to the back door of the dining hall to check in with medic BEFORE going to breakfast please!.

7:30-8:30 -Breakfast

Hot and cold breakfast served

8:45 - Chore time

Each adult and teen can pick their top choices for chores on the registration form. Not all chores happen during chore time!

9:20 - Singing, Worship and Announcements

Family style worship with a focus on this year’s theme followed by daily announcement that are important for all campers to hear!

10:15-11:30ish - Morning Program

A lecture or presentation at the rec hall for adults and teens, and activities for the kids to choose from (Adults and teens are welcome to do the activities instead if they wish!) On Friday we will have open mic instead of a lecture.

11:30ish - Morning Activities End

Parents collect their kids from morning activities and prepare (wash hands) for lunch.

12:15-1:00 PM - Lunch

Awesome amazing lunch! Sometimes hot and sometimes cold! But always yummy!

1:30-3:30pm - Free Time

Want to go to the lake or take a hike to the Falls? Visit with a friend or take a nap? This is your free time to choose!

3:30-5:00 - Group Time

Adult groups are split into afternoon or evening groups. Usually family units have one adult in each group time.

5:30-6:15 - Supper

Glorious yummy dinner! Our cooks are amazing!

6:40 - Evening Circle

Come sing some songs as we walk together into Family Worship

7:00-8:30 - Group Time

Kids 4-12 will have group from 7-8pm. Leaders will meet up at the end of Family Worship to collect kids for their groups. Parent/second adult are expected to collect their kids at the end of group.

9:00 Vespers babysitters meet up with families

9:15-10:00 - Vespers

1:30 Closing Chore Time

After Closing Chore time, you are welcome to continue packing up your cabin.

3:00 Final Circle

If you have to leave earlier than 3:30pm, please check in with MomDir or PopDir to make sure you have taken care of your responsibilities with closing camp chores etc.
