Camp starts Sunday July 14-20, 2024
Please register yourself/family by completing the form below. Don't worry if you don't have family members in every age group; simply skip those sections.
Prefer to mail in your registration? No problem! Fill out the form and click the "print form" button at the bottom. Then, send it along with your payment to the address provided below.

To be considered for a Camp Grant, please contact us BEFORE registering. Financial Policies
Payment in full is due by July 15th.
All fund are fully refundable if requested by 2 weeks before camp starts. If a refund is requested after this date, please contact us for a partial refund.
Last minute registration will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
New Church ministers who are serving as staff are exempt from payment, but payment will be needed for any spouse and children attending camp.
Fees:
Starting with the 2022 Camp year, we updated the fee structure for Laurel to better reflect the cost of running the camp. We have eliminated the sliding scale. In 2024, prices have increase to match the rising cost of food and supplies for camp.
We still offer the ability for those who cannot afford the full fee to come by applying for a partial camp grant.
*There are limited funds for Camp Grants.
