Greetings Campers!

Welcome! So happy you're coming to join us in the woods in July as we explore our relationship with the Lord, with ourselves, and with others.  Relationships are at the core of a fulfilling life and knowing how to manage them is a life skill we can never have enough of. 

In heaven, Divine truth derived from Divine goodness radiates from the Lord into each person and governs all the relationships and communications there (NJHD 2).  Likewise, in our lives, when we consistently seek the Lord's Divine truth and apply it directly into our relationships,  it radiates from our mind into our face... into our lives, shining the way on how we are to treat and communicate with others.

 The Lord has spoken these words to each of us....

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”  (John 13.34)

yet, how does this apply when relationships "go south" and we run into "stonewalling," neglect, shaming, and a whole host of other things humans do to each other?

This, and much more, we will look at through the lens of the relationships in the Word-the good, the bad, and the ugly.

The Directors, the Getting Ready Gang, and myself, look forward to having you there at another great Laurel full of meaningful connections!
